The premise
Luxury is time made visible.
A GENA bag is not assembled. It is built by one artisan, start to finish, over forty hours. Nothing leaves the bench until it would survive a decade of daily wear and still ask for more.
The leather
Selected by hand. Rejected by hand.
Every hide is inspected edge to edge. Most are turned away. The ones that stay carry two expressions: croc-embossed cowhide and vegetable-tanned embossed leather.
The grain decides the cut. No two bags carry the same pattern, and none ever will.

Production lines
The hardware
Brushed brass, set by hand.
Zippers, clasps and fittings are custom-cast, brushed to a warm matte, and seated one at a time. Hardware is where most bags give up first. Ours is where they hold.
The finish
Then it earns the name.
Edge-painting, stitch inspection, a final pass under raking light. Only then does the gold script go on. If a piece falls short at hour thirty-nine, it goes back. No exceptions.
